Aholansaaren uusimman majoitusrakennuksen Sepänpajan rakentamisesta koitunut velka rasittaa Saaren taloutta merkittävästi. Velkaa rakentamisesta on jäljellä 167 000 € (marraskuu 2024).

Osakeantia on päätetty jatkaa 31.12.2025 (yhtiökokouksen päätös 4.9.2020) saakka velkataakasta selviämiseksi. Tähän mennessä osakkeita on merkitty 520 kpl (tilanne 28.11.2024).
One share in Aholansaari Tourism Ltd costs EUR 1000. One share entitles you to a three-night stay at the Sepänpaja apartment hotel. All the money raised from the subscription of shares will be used to pay off the loan in full.
